ISO 9001:2015
LB Bentley have been accredited with the ISO 9001 certification which is an internationally recognised Quality Management System (QMS) standard. ISO 9001 verifies to our customers that we have the necessary robust policies and procedures in place to ensure a consistent quality of service delivery. ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a Quality Management System where an organisation:

  • Must demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products that meet customers’ needs and satisfy the applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the QMS. ISO 9001 require for there to be processes in place for continual improvement of products and services, and it assures the customer that there is conformity of the product and that the relevant statutory and regulatory requirements are in place.
 

ISO 14001:2015
ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) is a systematic framework to manage the immediate and long-term environmental impacts of an organisation’s products, services and processes. By achieving ISO 14001 Bentley can assure our customers that our EMS meets international industry-specific environmental standards.

The ISO 14001 environmental certification provides a framework for environmental management best practices and it has helped us to:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant environmental legislation
